A commentary on the Zohar assembling the readings of the Safed kabbalists. It is cited here for one thing it does that its sources do not: it states the mapping of the seven ushpizin onto the seven lower sefirot explicitly, naming Netzach and Hod rather than leaving them to be inferred.
Many texts name the seven guests of Sukkot; few pre-modern sources map them clearly to the sefiroth. Azulai preserves a locatable early form of that correspondence.
Cited for 7 sourced claims here, among them correspondences of Chesed, Gevurah, Hod, Malchut, Netzach, Tiferet and Yesod.
